REMMEAR, Joseph and Frances ----- Red Lake Falls,
Minn., Nov. 3.—Influenza claimed a newly married couple
among its victims when Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Remmear died within a day of each other at
the home of her she had been married to her husband only
since October 23. She died Thursday afternoon and her
husband died Friday morning. The priest who married
them, Rev Joseph A. Perrin-Laureut, pastor of St.
Anthony’s Catholic church at Terrebone died of the
epidemic November 2, ten days after the ceremony.
The double funeral was held Friday, and husband
and wife were buried in the same grave in the cemetery
of St.
Anthony’s church at Terrebonne. The Warren
