Chokio Will Have Creamery

A co-operative creamery for Chokio is now an assured fact, between $7000 and $8000 in stock subscriptions having been raised and over 700 cows listed up. More cows and more subscribers are expected. A meeting of the stockholders was held at Chokio Tuesday afternoon, Supt.  Gustafson of the Dairy and Food Commission being present to give an address. It is expected that a creamery will be erected this summer. Morris Tribune Friday March 21, 1919
