Winona.—Harry Jacoby, alleged
14-year-old slayer, of Minneiska, near here, has been
adjudged Insane and committed to the criminal asylum at
St. Peter. Jacoby was recently indicted by the Wabasha
county grand Jury on the charge of murder in the first
degree. The crime was committed in May, when Jacoby
killed Leo Schultz, aged 7, by hacking him with an ax.
